| 1. Each contestant is allowed to enter 1 Glitz photo & 1 Natural Photo per month! 1 shot to be The One! Glitz - Professional Retouched Headshot! No Shock Shots etc please! Natural - We are looking for a nice, clean, natural Headshot! Minimal cleaning is allowed (stray hairs removed etc) but overly retouched photos are not allowed! Director discretion with all entries! 2. Deadline is the 15th of every month! If the 15th is a Fri-Sun, then the deadline is the following Monday! 3. All fees must be sent as a service via paypal before the deadline has passed! Paypal address is theonephotocontest@gmail.com 4. All photos will be scored by 4 outside, qualified judges with the lowest score dropped. Judges decisions are final and their info will not be given out! Scoring System: 1-10 First Impression 1-20 Facial Beauty 1-10 Overall Impression (Including but not limited to: pose, colors, expression, attire etc) 5. You may request comments only after winners have been posted! Scores will not be handed out! 6. Good Sportsmanship is a must! 7. This is a jackpot contest. The One for each month will receive 1/2 of all monies collected in their category. Prize money will always be at least $50 regardless of entries for each category! 2 Mini Supremes in each category will receive a Free Entry, and a Top 5 will receive 1/2 off their next entry (must have 10 entered in a category to award the Top 5)! 8. Entry fee is $10 per picture, or $20 to enter both categories. 9. In June 2010 all monthly The One winners will compete against each other for $200 Cash and tons of donated prizes! These winners will be determined by a new set of judges and all pictures will be rescored. The highest scoring Glitz & Natural monthly The One winner will be our 2010 The One for Glitz & Natural! 10. Monthly "The One" winners can not recompete! Mini's and Top's can! 11. Free Entry's must be used the following month but can be used for either Glitz or Natural! 12. The One may enter again only in the category they have not won! |
